This year, Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIITD) and Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) are participating in JAC which is being conducted online with the support of the National Informatics Centre (NIC).
The JAC Delhi counselling is held for admission to 5 institutes that are DTU , IGDTUW, DSEU, IIIT-D and NSUT. Admissions via JAC Delhi 2025 will be done based on JEE Main 2025 ranks. 6491 seats in engineering and 90 seats in BArch are up for grabs via JAC Delhi counselling. JAC Delhi Counselling 2025 is conducted in 4 rounds and one spot round. What is JAC Delhi Admissions?
Joint Admission Counseling Delhi conducts JAC Delhi counselling for admission to BE/BTech and BArch degree programmes offered by 5 technical universities/institutes of the Government of NCT, Delhi. These institutes/universities include Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-D), Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU), and Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT).
The entire counselling process is online. This counselling process is an initiative of the government of NCT of Delhi, to avoid multiple admission counselings and save the candidates and their guardians from the resulting inconvenience because of shifting of students from one institution to the other during the admission process.

JAC Delhi Counselling Process
Candidates need to visit the official JAC Delhi website at jacdelhi.nic.in and click on the link to JAC Delhi counselling. A further process is explained below step by step:
- Fee Payment: First of all, candidates have to pay the requisite counselling fee of Rs 1500 for participating in the JAC Delhi 2025 counselling. The same can be paid online or offline as convenient for candidates. In order to pay the counselling fee, candidates have to login to the online portal after registration by entering JEE Main application number 2025 and name. Candidates can make the payment through credit/ debit card or net banking through respective payment gateway. Candidates will also be able to pay the JAC Delhi counselling fee in offline mode through e-challan.
- Registration: After paying the counselling fee, candidates have to proceed with JAC Delhi counselling registration. Candidates will be able to check the JAC Delhi registration date on this page. Given below are the details to be entered by candidates:

- Choice Filling: After successful registration, candidates need to fill the choice of course and colleges during JAC Delhi 2025 counselling. Candidates are advised to select as many options as possible to have a better chance of getting admission. During the specified period, candidates have to lock the choices entered and take a print of the choices selected for future reference. Those who miss out on locking the choices may note that the choices will be automatically locked after the period ends.
- Seat Allotment: The authorities will announce JAC Delhi seat allotment in four rounds. Candidates are allotted seats based on All India Rank (merit list) as prepared by the admission authority. Allotment of seats is done on the basis of choices entered, merit rank secured and availability of seats, etc. Candidates who are allotted with a seat have to download their provisional JAC Delhi allotment letter from the official website. To confirm the allotted seat, they will be required to pay an initial amount of Rs. 95,000 through online mode.
- Reporting at Allotted Institute: Candidates who will be allotted seats during JAC Delhi counselling 2025 will have to report to the allotted institute to get their documents verified. Candidates have to report at the allotted institute in accordance with the schedule announced by JAC Delhi. Candidates who do not accept admissions through provisionally allotted seats will not be allotted any seat in the further rounds of JAC Delhi 2025 counselling. Such candidates may wait for the JAC Delhi spot round 2025.

JAC Delhi 2025 Minimum Marks Criteria
For B.Tech/ BE Course at NSUT, IGDTUW, and DTU
- Minimum score of 60% or more in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
- Candidates must have passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level.
- Candidates who have passed JEE Main Paper-1 are considered eligible for admission to the first semester of B.Tech course in these colleges provided he/she has passed in all subjects separately.
- There is no upper age limit for the candidates for admission.
For B.Tech at IIIT-D
- Candidates with a minimum of 70% or more aggregate in best of five subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
- Candidates must have secured 70% or more in Mathematics in the qualifying examination- JEE Main Paper-1 2024 are considered eligible to get admission to B.Tech program in IIIT-D.
- There is no upper age limit for the candidates.
For B.Arch Course at IGDTUW
- Candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics or have passed 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate or have passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are eligible to get admission.
- For admission to the B.Arch program, candidates will need the score of JEE 2023 Main Paper-2.
- There is no upper age limit for admission to IGDTUW
