BITSAT Eligibility For Board Toppers
The authorities have provided a special provision for the class 12 toppers of the various state as well as central boards of education which makes them exempt from appearing for the BITSAT entrance exam. However, such students are only exempted from BITSAT 2021 and not from the other eligibility criteria.

BITSAT 2021 Exam Centres
BITS Pilani has released the names of cities wherein there are various exam conducting centres. While filling the BITSAT exam form, candidates are required to opt the cities in the order of their preference only for appearing in the exam. Once the slots are booked by candidates, the BITSAT admit card that shows on the screen shall contain the BITSAT exam centre so allotted to the candidate.
BITSAT Slot Booking 2021
The authorities do not conduct the BITSAT on a single day but the exam is conducted in several days and slots. Thus, registered candidates have to choose the preferred slot for appearing in the BITSAT exam from June 4 to 11. The slot so booked by candidates shall reflect in the admit card that follows the BITSAT slot booking process. It may be noted that slot booking shall be allowed on a ‘first come first served’ basis only, therefore, registered candidates should not delay and book the slots quickly when the BITSAT slot booking commences.

The authorities announce BITSAT results online through the official website. Although the BITSAT 2021 result is announced in two steps, wherein firstly the score obtained by candidates along with the number of correctly and incorrectly responded questions is mentioned after the exam is conducted. However, being aware of personal performance in BITSAT 2021 shall not be of much help for candidates unless they get to know if they have qualified the exam and if they are eligible for admission or not. BITSAT 2021 Cutoff
The authorities release the cutoff marks for BITSAT 2021 which reflect the minimum marks that a candidate has to score in order to be eligible for admission in the participating institutes. The BITSAT 2021 cutoff will be announced after each of the iteration rounds and this will be followed by the institute wise cutoff marks. The various factors considered for releasing the BITSAT cutoff include the previous year’s cutoff, difficulty level of the exam, total number of candidates registered, total number of seats offered, and so on. It may be noted that the cutoff marks may vary for the different course as well as the institute opted for candidates. Those who have marks above the cutoff marks stand a higher chance of admission through BITSAT.
BITSAT 2021 Counselling and Seat Allotment
After the result is announced, the authorities open up the online registration portal for BITSAT counselling and seat allotment. A valid BITSAT score is a basic eligibility for participating in the counselling process and candidates will be required to enter their choice of courses and campus for admission. As the process is done in online mode, candidates will also be required to take a print out of their choices after registration and send the other documents to the concerned authorities. As there are six rounds of BITSAT 2021 counselling conducted, allotment of seats is made depending upon candidates’ performance in BITSAT 2021 and also the availability of seats in the course and institute so preferred by the candidates.
