BITS Pilani courses
BITS Pilani offers four Integrated First Degree courses across the streams of Science, Technology, Pharmacy, Management and Humanities. These courses include BE, BPharm, MSc and MSc (Tech). Admission to all the Integrated First Degree courses is conducted through BITSAT or via national-level entrance exams. However, direct admission is provided to the state/ central board toppers. Apart from these, BITS Pilani also offers three higher degree courses, including ME, MPharm and MBA. The duration of all these courses is two years.
The Deemed University conducts BITS Higher Degree Online Test (BITS HD Online Test) usually in the month of August for admission to ME and MPharm courses or accepts admission via GATE/ GPAT scores. A variety of scholarships and concessions are available for the newly admitted students at BITS Pilani. The institute offers merit and need-based scholarships to support its students financially. Some of the popular concessions and scholarship schemes offered at BITS Pilani are as follows:
- Scholarship for Board Toppers: BITS Pilani offers 100%, 75%, and 50% fee exemption as a merit scholarship for the top three board toppers of their respective boards. The scholarship is valid only for the first-semester tuition fee.
- Merit in Qualifying Examination: Students who have obtained 90% or above in the aggregate of the qualifying examination are given a 20% of merit scholarship for the first-semester tuition fee. While the students who have obtained 80% or above and less than 90% in the aggregate of the qualifying examination are given a 15% of merit scholarship for the first-semester tuition fee.
- Merit in BITSAT Examination: BITS Pilani offers 75%, 50%, and 25% of the merit scholarship for the students as per their rank in the BITSAT examination. Also, the students can get the hostel fee concession as per their BITSAT rank.

BITS Pilani provides many facilities for the students, institute staff and faculty members. Students at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani are encouraged to participate in both indoor and outdoor sports for their physical and mental well-being. BITS Pilani Clubs, Committees and Societies
The clubs and committees of the institute conduct student-centric events and help in bridging the gap between students and the industries. All the clubs coordinate with the Executive Committee of Department of Management, BITS Pilani for conducting various activities throughout the year. Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani annual department fest- Interface is organised by ExCom.
Some of the clubs of BITS Pilani are Vishwast: The Marketing Club, Business Analytics Club, Finomaniac: The Finance Club, Manav: The HR Club, Vishwakarma: The Operations Club and Industrial Linkage Club. The institute encourages students to participate in various activities conducted by the club to hone up their skills.
- Vishwast: The Marketing Club- The club teaches various marketing techniques and creativities to help students acquire better employment opportunities in the field of marketing.
- Business Analytics Club- Various activities like quizzes, workshops and seminars on various business analysis related topics are conducted by the club to give the students experience in the field of data and analytics and related.
- Finomaniac: The Finance Club- The club gives insights on the financial world and its use in investment banking, corporate banking and financial services.
- Manav: The HR Club- The club teaches human resource management to the students.
- Vishwakarma: The Operations Club- Various case studies, quizzes, competitions, guest lectures, industrial visits are organised by the club to create industry-ready professionals.
- Industrial Linkage Club- The club conducts guest lectures, workshops and group interactions.
