UGEE is conducted for dual programmes (B.tech and Master of Science) of 5 years in IIIT Hyderabad. Candidates must meet the IIIT Hyderabad UGEE Admission 2026 eligibility requirements, which are listed below.

Candidates must go through IIIT Hyderabad Undergraduate entrance exam pattern before applying for the examination:
- UGEE exam will be conducted in an online mode

UGEE IIITH 2026 Admission Process
- Candidates must be aware of the eligibility criteria before applying for the UGEE IIIT examination.

Candidates who have scored well both in the entrance examination and interview will be called for counseling based on their ranking. Candidates must be present at the venue on the day of their counseling with original required documents. On the day of counseling, the documents are verified. Failure to carry the documents would lead to cancellation of admission to IIIT Hyderabad.
Seat Allotment
Eligible candidates who have cleared the entrance examination and interview will be allotted seats. The seat allotment process has multiple rounds. In each round, candidates will be given deadline to either accept the seat by paying the requisite fees, if satisfied or decline the seat. Candidates failing to pay the fees will lose their seats. If an applicant is not offered a seat in a Round, he or she may go to the following round. However, in order to go to the following round, an applicant must consent.
