NIT Raipur Campus Facilities
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur facilities include residential facilities for students, a central library, guest house, medical facilities, sports facilities, and an estate office. There is also a juice centre and Coffee Day beverages centre functioning at the campus. NIT Raipur facilities also include separate hostels for boys and girls with basic amenities like a mess, badminton court, garden, etc.
The central library is equipped with printed books, e-books, plagiarism check software and remote access facilities. The state-of-the-art infrastructure and availability of essential facilities make the students’ life on campus quite comfortable. Anything they need for daily use ranging from stationery items to books to beverages to medical facilities is available on campus. Boys Hostel The institute has 5 boys’ hostel within the campus. Hostels A, B, C, D and F have a dining hall cum recreation hall equipped with TV, table tennis and carrom, etc. Hostel H has a well-furnished dining hall and recreation hall (likely to be equipped with indoor games and other facilities for recreation). All the hostels are well equipped with basic facilities. The detail of rooms and students admitted in each hostel is given below: Hostel Fee – 34000.
Girls Hostel Presently there are two girls’ hostels on the campus and a proposal for one more of 200 seaters is also in process. NIT Raipur has three Girls Hostel E, G, and P.G. These hostels are having T.V, Sports items, Water Coolers and well-equipped mess facilities. All hostels run as a cooperative mess. Hostels are managed by the committee of student is representatives. Hostel Fee – 27000.
Medical/Hospital The NIT Raipur dispensary is situated near the side of the NCC office. It has two rooms for the doctors and one room for the staff. The medical facilities available in the dispensary include free distribution of medicines, free ODP consultation, free ambulance service for hospitalization to all the students and staff members. 
Gym NIT Raipur also has a gymnasium which is well equipped and provides facilities to all the officers, staff and students.
Library The central library of NIT Raipur has a rich collection of 1.7 lacs ebooks and more than 1 lakh printed books. The library is automated through LibSys7-Library management software. It also has remote access facilities, Discovery Science and plagiarism check software like URKUND and Turnitin Feedback Studio. 
Sports The sports department provides facilities for outdoor games like Cricket, Football, Hockey, Basketball, Badminton, Baseball, Lawn Tennis, Gymnastics, Volleyball, etc. All the games are properly looked after by a Captain and a Sports Officer. 
I.T Infrastructure The university has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria The Coffee Day beverage centre functioning at the NIT campus is open on all weekdays, from 8 am to 10 pm. It provides the facility of hot and cold beverages to students, staff, faculty and guests.
Auditorium The university has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
Alumni Associations Alumni Association GEC-NIT Raipur. Establishing continuous and effective communication among the alumni community Preparing and kick-starting the long term programs for growth and welfare of Institute, Students and The Alumni. Coordinate with Alumni who are holding key positions for sponsorship of various state-of-art laboratory and research facility.

Banks/ATMs Fully automated Branch of State Bank of India with ATM is functioning in the Campus. This SBI ATM adjacent to Architecture Building. SBI is providing “e-collection‟ facility for students. Students can deposit their fee online. The University has the Banks/ATM facilities for all students.
Convenience Store NIT Raipur has received a proposal from NRLM to open an All-in-One store and a photocopy and printing service shop under the livelihood mission “BIHAN.” 
Guest Room/Waiting Room The guest house provides accommodation facility to the institute guests, faculty/staff members of the institute, visitors from other educational institutes, and parents of the students with approval from authorities.
